Abstract

Haemorroiс fever with kidneys syndrome (HFKS) in Russia takes leading place among diseases transferred through animals and one of the first places among others centers infections. The Penza area is endemic on haemorroiс to a fever with kidneys syndrome. In territory of the Penza area there are active natural centers HFKS, occurrence of the new natural centers is registered. A principal cause of high desease in region is the increase in number and contaminations the rodents, being a potential source of the given infection. Current of it virous is characterized in most cases by development of a typical clinical picture of illness, prevalence among ill average and heavy forms of illness.
